The Articles of Keymen's Club of Japan

Article 5. Membership
(2) Associate members shall be radio amateurs who do not have
Japanese nationality and agree with the prospectus of the Club. Associate
members do not have suffrage or eligibility for the election of directors.

Bylaw 5.
Quarterly Club report (in English), KCJ NEWSLETTER, shall be issued
and distributed to the associate members.
