Application Procedure
Step 1
We will check your contact email address.
Enter your email address and click "Submit" to receive
a confirmation email.
Step 2
A confirmation number will be included in the email, so
enter it on the confirmation character and click "Confirm",
to have the step-3 field.
Step 3
Enter your CALL SIGN, specify the application Excel file,
and click "Request" to have your application accepted.
For questions, please use "Question or Request" of the left frame.
